Approximately 1 Hour After Judging​
Join us for a fun, relaxed evening at the Beagle Stud Dog Social & Snacks – a casual gathering for our community to showcase and celebrate the boys of the breed! Free to attend, however, $10 meal tickets are available to purchase to participate in the snack portion which includes a variety of sub sandwiches, beverages and chips!
Snack & Be Social
The National Beagle Club Specialty page is taking pre-registration for attendees of the Stud Dog Social. To purchase your meal, please visit NBC's Special Events Page. Meal tickets are $10 which includes a variety of sub-sandwiches: Ham w/ Provolone , Roast Beef (no cheese), Tuna Salad (no cheese), Turkey (no cheese), Classic Italian (meats & cheese), and vegetarian w/ provolone. A selection of subs with and without mayo will be available. All food options are first come first serve for those who purchase a meal ticket! A variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided with each ticket purchase.

Head back to your set-up after Monday judging, unwind and get into comfy casual clothes, BYOB and socialize with fellow Beaglers you may only see once a year. We are blessed to have a wonderful breed community - let's keep that reputation and have some fun while supporting our stud dogs by taking the time to meet each one!

Promising Youngsters
Some of the most exciting moments at a National are finding a younger male in the classes that catches your eye. This year we would love to include promising Up & Comers in the Stud Dog Social! These fellas will not be included in our Movement Showcase portion but will have the ring available to utilize afterwards.

Proof is in the Progeny
We welcome the owners of the Proven Studs to showcase (1-3) progeny of their Stud as a great opportunity to show what he's done as a Sire. This is a great way for the community to see a Stud's virtues as a producer and what he may offer.

Movement Showcase
This year, we invite each Proven/Standing stud to be introduced using their Fun Fact Bio below by showcasing each stud one at a time by moving them round the ring in a simple pattern and then brought to their table for the meet & greet! While the movement portion is not mandatory, it's highly encouraged.
Enter to WIN an exciting Stud Dog Prize Package!
As incentive to enter your boys, this year every stud entered will earn one ballot towards our Stud Dog Prize package which includes a large AI kit consisting of a dozen AI rods, semen safe syringes, collection cones, lubricant along with collection of Stud Supplements from Revival Animal Health to assist in keeping our studs in tip-top shape. Valued at over $200! We will draw our winner mid-social so be sure to sign those boys up!
Attention Stud Owners!
​Stud dog owners may pre-register via the form below, however we are also taking day-of participants! Please note, day of registrations will not be included in our Stud Social Catalogue.
What To Bring​
1. Table for Each Stud (or crates for Progeny)
We want the aisles for this event as tidy as possible so please try to bring only 1-3 supporting progeny with the least amount of crates as possible. For Stud Owners who did not bring a table with them, we have a small number of tables to lend for this event. Please contact Samantha Lengyel or Chanel Lefever to arrange this. First come, first serve.
2. Pedigree & Pertinent Information
Owners are encouraged to supply hard copies of their stud’s pedigree and any other pertinent information (list of health clearances, photos, contact information or business card, etc.) as desired. A Catalogue of pre-registered Studs and their basic information (health testing etc) will be provided at the entrance for attendees to jot notes in and take home.

3. Submit Studs to Database
For studs 2 years of age and over with some health testing complete, we encourage stud owners to submit their Studs to this site as pre-registered studs will be listed with links to their page for easy access post National.

Check-In with the Host
Please check your Stud(s) in with our Stud Dog Social Host at the entrance by our welcome banner 30 minutes before the event starts. This gives us the heads up for the movement showcase that your stud is attending and we can announce them accordingly. By showing up early, it gives yourself time to set-up your table and/or crates and you will feel less rushed.
Last minute sign ups can text Samantha or stop by the Host Table 30 minutes before event starts. Please have your bio's ready if submitting a proven/standing stud so we have a way to introduce them.
Those needing help with hauling their tables or crates, please notify us head of time so we can plan table pick-ups.

We are taking donations from those who would like to help sponsor this event. This will go toward various materials/supplies! Everyone who sends any amount of donation will get a shout out as event sponsors, as a thank you! Any left over funds will be used to pay for the Stud Dog Resource website domain, from there additional funds, if any, will be donated to AmbrNet!
